Women's Health Boutique is contracted to accept Medicare CA and most major insurance companies.

Medicare and other insurance carriers will cover 2 bras every year and 1 prosthesis every two years.

Please review your plan. For PPO's a current Rx is needed. It is good for one year from date it is issued. For HMO's a current Authorization/Referal is required. This can be generated through your primary doctor's office. This paperwork can be faxed to our office at 760-746-4941.
